These two egrets were sitting atop the trees on a dune about a mile from Cape Lookout Lighthouse. I couldn't get the depth of field with them in flight, so I had to shoot them when still at F16.
Best viewed in Firefox as colors are overcooked in Chrome & IE.

Good job keeping the light house identifiable, but still soft, emphasizing the birds while keeping the context of the scene.
Hey, all you have to do to get that flight shot you wanted is to tell them to move closer to the light house and fly in the right direction! :wink:
