Tom,
A very lovely scene indeed. The overcast/diffused lighting has kinda flattened things out a little bit, but certainly preferred over some hot light striking the scene and the water. There's enough variation in the rock that allows the long exposure to flow nicely, I like this.
Very surprised you did not receive more comments as this is certainly deserving.
