On an outing with my wife to shoot some Sea Lions and Pelicans at La Jolla Cove, Ca., I saw this fishing boat and I liked the overcast sky and the dull waters towards the horizon. I thought I would compose this image.

Let me know what you think. I am try to expand my skills in areas other than birds.

Love all the shading and textures in the water - you have a very good eye to have seen this.
