A colored Osteospermum this time round.

ND300s, AFD200mm F/4 Micronikkor with 36mm of ET @ F/11, 1/80 Sec, ISO400, Diffuser and Tripod.

Thanks a lot for your comments on Osteospermum and do let me know what you think of this one. To the point in the first posting about brightening the center, its considerably brightened than what it originally was. I thought it would look a bit strange if I brightened it more - but point well taken.

Beautiful lines and detail - the centering works well here.

That is really neat! It looks like little glowing beams of light are coming out from the center!

Wonderful image, Ram. I especially like the strong lines of the petals leading in--a great composition. Beautiful colors, too.

You're getting some good mileage out of osteospermums..... :wavey:

This is another nice one; great detail and I particularly like the hint of light blue in the center of the flower.

I love the comp Ram. The 'sun' radiating the petals from above is awesome. Great lines, great sharpness and excellent detail. Wonderful osteospermum photo.

Another beautiful Osteospermum. I like the combination of the contrasting pink petals and blue center/subtle blue tones. Expertly composed and rendered to bring out the beauty of the flower. No nits. :toast:

Ram, those blue stars in the center are really neat. I also really like the flow and the bits of green around the edges.

Ram:
Love the blue stars, like a piece of jewelry! The surrounding petals around the center looks great. I am not sure about the green peeking through at the periphery. Wonder whether a tight crop like the previous post might work better but its probably a different comp.

Beautiful Image! I love the coi, placed top-center, this way. The focus is so sharp, with great details to explore. I love the colour combinations.

Thanks for sharing :)
