GBG Flight

Well, this heron put on a wonderful flight show for me the other day. Unfortunately, I still haven't nailed one... but a few are as close as I've come. :(

Was going to clone or crop out the "black hole" in the BG, left it for now. Processing, ehhh. At least I can see an eye! Worried about posting it larger here, as it is a big crop and noisy at larger size. I need a processing lesson, desperately. :( D90, ISO-500, 1/1000th, f-5.6, 300mm.
