Nikon D300, 150mm, F/11, 1/60, ISO 200.

In my first post, I mentioned hollyhock #1 was my favourite of the series. This last post was taken later, and to me could be the best of the series. What do you think? Comments appreciated.

Ahh. . .this is the finale? :frown: Have enjoyed your series on this beautiful flower, Albert! I really like the comp on this with the 3 flowers; the different stages of the 3 centers is interesting to see. I do feel like I am being stared at though. . .it almost looks like some kind of face! Love the colors and lines in this. The best?. . .hmmm. . .think I still vote for the first one although thisi would be a very close second.

This is the best in my opinion Albert. I hate to see this end, you have done great justice to this flower. Superb work throughout.

#1 is still my favorite...I like the comp on this one but the shadow in the middle of the bottom bloom keeps it from outdoing the other.

Very nice, Albert, but the first remains my favorite as well.

Albert:
A fabulous series for sure. Like all of them but if I had to pick just one, then No.1 is the one.
