This is one of the water control ponds at Cheyenne Bottoms, Kansas. A small trickle of water is all that remains. This was created from 154 vertical images, merged by CS6. The road on the right runs west along the inlet canal, while the road on the left runs south. C&C always welcome and appreciated.

Why 154 images? Was this created for a very large display? Looking at the large image, it seems to be over-sharpened a bit.

Looking back, I agree that it appears over sharpened.

I decided to do some panos at 70mm. This was a large area to cover so it took that many images. Overkill, yes.

This conveys, especially the cracked parched looking details in the foreground, the dryness well.
