Canon 7D, 600 mm f/8, ISO 800, 1/1000 sec, -1 EV, tripod, gimbal head
This is shot of osprey when after his tasty dinner glides over the water of the pond to wash his bloody claws ! it was right after the massive storm when the last rays of sun gave me opportunity to capture cool behavior of beautiful raptor, hope you like it as much as I do?
C&C welcome! :wavey:

Congratulations on capturing some fantastic action - and a great story to go with it, well done. On my calibrated monitor, the image seems to be a little over saturated - other than that, I love it!

Great action, Verdon and a nice clean image. Saturation looks like it might be a little high to my eye (or maybe a bit heavy on the curves?).

Verdon, I really like the comp on this and really nice job of getting the action here. Looks a little heavy on the vignette though for my tastes. I am also not sure if it is the saturation that needs toned down, the shadow brought up or if the overall contrast. To me, it really seems like it might be a little of each, but I think with a little more tweaking, this can be even better than it already is. Great capture!

Great action shot of a behavior that is difficult to capture, love the water spray. It does seem a bit contrasty though. Sweet Photo!!!
