A Southern Pale Chanting Goshawk coming in for a landing at a waterhole in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, South Africa (Kalahari desert).

Loved the wingspread, wish there was a catchlight in the eye(s)...

Nice wingspread and sharp capture. Stunning bird. Lack of catchlight isn't too big a deal imho, eyes are really small anyway and the pose steals the show.
