Basicly the colour version of my b&w image I posted last week, the long ss made for some great lines in the water and clouds. I personally love the soft & ethereal feeling of the image, hence the title ;-)

1ds MK II, 17mm, 30 sec for the sea & 90 sec for the sky

What seems most striking to me is how long I was looking at this image before it struck me that it was all blue. The lines and movement are so engaging, color became secondary. I find that fascinating and unique. Love it

Jorne,

Simple is almost always good and certainly true in this case. I usually suggest to pull back on blues and cyan's but I'm really enjoying the color here; seems so fitting with the scene and mood. No nits really although there are a few very tiny dust specks you might want to clone out.

Although the BW version looks more dramatic, I prefer this one. Very simple minimalist image, but has some peaceful quality in it.
There is some strange line and dots just over the horizon start from the left side. Maybe from the blend?
