Another new one for me from Maine. Another low-lighter, which was REALLY tough given how active these guys were. Had about 20 blurry shots for every good one.

Canon 50D, 400 5.6L, ISO 500, 1/50, f6.3, 430EX @ - 1 2/3. Cloned out flash highlight in eye. Started cloning out the branch on the right, but given my general suckiness at all things photoshop, stopped and went back to this.

Beautiful bird well photographed. The RH stick is not that much of an issue.

Your persistence payed off beautifully. Great portrait with nice detail where it counts. The stick doesn't bother me either.
Another nice catch Terry :toast:

You did well on this trip. Excellent as presented; no sign of the difficult conditions showing in the image.

Nice - good pose, eye, and brnch. I think I'd get rid of that right OOF branch - it's too nice an image to have that distraction.

Beautiful job on the Parula, Terry. I think I would have persevered on the RH stick, but it's not that big an issue.

Terrific detail for the SS used Terry, and nice work with the flash. I like this as presented- it shows the natural habitat these guys reside in the Northeast.
