Sally - Nice electric colors on the tulip and the leaves nicely used to frame it on a slant. I see some processing remains but that does not prevent me from enjoying this photo.

Beautiful colors Sally. I also see a halo around the flower. I do like the comp you chose here.

Very nice composition, Sally. The "frame" doesn't really work for my taste.

Sally
Eclectic colors and nice comp using the leaves to frame the flower. This would look great after you finish your processing to take care of the halo.

Sally I like the flower and sky composition and I am very curious how you processed the image further in LR and PS.

Sally, this is an excellent composition and I would really like to see it without the processing you've done do it. It just has a "weird" look to it. It also looks like it could use some anti-aliasing around the stem cause there's a really jagged edge there.

Sally: Beautiful subject and a fine presentation. Even the frame is complementary. From my vantage point what the others have called halos looks like the leaf edges with fairly high reflectivity on them. Nicely done. >=))>

Great comp on this tulip with the leaves. Beautiful colored flower with a complementary background. Do agree with other comments about the processing issues. They are all fixable but it just takes working at learning how in those programs. I use the simpler Photoshop Elements 10 and I have barely scratched the surface of what all can be done! So much to learn. . .

Hi Sally, your tulips are excellent. IMO this is one of the best with beautiful pleasant (almost) pastel colors. Great arrangement. Well done.

Nice work, but I agree that the halo needs to go. Great composition and color.

I like the comp with the tulip at an angle, & the way the two leaves frame the flower Sally.
Interesting BG that looks like clouds in the sky?
Needs a little TLC, but I'm with Ram..
Nice shot!wavey:
