Welcome to NPN as I see you this is only your second post. Nice detail, color, eye contact, pose and eye contact. The one thing I think that would make it a better image is if there was less head room and the foot was not cut off on the bottom. The monkey needed to be higher up in the image.

I like the pose a lot here, and great background! I wish there was a little more room below the Langur, as Richard said, for the full foot.
However, it's still a great image! Keep it up!

Welcome to NPN, Manoj!
I agree with the others about the comp. Really cool image, though! Love the eye contact and pose from him! I can't wait to see more of your images!

Very engaging image of a langur monkey, Manoj. However, I do agree about placing the monkey a little higher up in the frame to include his(?) rump. Also, I would move him a little more to the left.

Hi Manoj,
Welcome to NPN and to the Wildlife Gallery in particular. I like the pose here, as well as how you've isolated the subject from the background and the colour (and lighting) is very nice. I share the view of the others about the clipping of the lower portion of the langur's body - I think it harms the image. Additionally, while I realize the face of these critters are dark, I think this one is rendered just a little too dark and there's not quite as much detail there as there could be - if the image were mine I would selectively (and very carefully) work on increasing the exposure in the facial region.
Cheers...thanks for sharing this...
