Rick - Very nicely done. I like the focus on the white center of the Bougainvillea. The crepe like texture of the flower is also well seen.

The shape of the petals is fascinating. I like your emphasis on the white center and the way the petals are dancing around it, but the whites look blown on my monitor (or maybe they're not quite in focus).

Rick, IMO the original is still better. You should just darken the whit center not the whole flower. Thhe nice light is partly missing in the repost

Rick:
Lovely shot of the Bougainvillea. This is the only flowering plant in my terrace and is the same color. Love the white surrounded by the red. The second image looks better and also a little brighter in the bg.

Very well done. One of the best macro shots I've seen of Bouganvillea. (Thanks to Ram for the ID.) Amazing color and texture.

Great as posted Rick, the whites look fine on my monitor.
Sometimes white is just "white".
Love the reds and your POV/comp with the other flower petals bottom
