Oriental Fire-bellied Toad - Korean form. Found a pound with five or six of these toads while on a mountain hike is Seoul, Korea. Not my favorite of the shots, but the sharpest - especially on the eye.

Canon EOS 60D
Lens: Sigma DG 120-400mm 1:4.5-5.6 APO OS HSM
Focal Length: 297
f/5.6
Shutter 1/160
ISO 400

Cropped about 75%

Mark, nice shot of the toad. I think it would be more interesting if you had been able to catch the toad facing your camera instead of away. If it will stand it I would suggest cropping tighter on the head of the toad and reduce the amount of OOF body. Just my opinion. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks John, always good to hear from you. I wanted a straight on face shot, took several shots, but all came out with the focus on the toad's back...will surely try again!

A legless toad bothers me. A tighter crop into the body if legs are missing might work better.

Very sharp where it counts - the eye. Colorful as well. Thanks for sharing this unusual looking toad.

Nice sharp eye on this very interesting toad, of course it's too bad it was facing away but it always seem these creatures do exactly the opposite of what you want them to nice way to make it work though with nice color and detail.

This guy looks like he just floating around on his belly looking very relaxed. I don't mind the back view; it looks very natural. The eye is seen and is in good focus which is most important anyway. Looks like some beautiful coloring on these toads; wish he would have given you a belly view!
