Crested Bellbirds inhabit dry woodlands and deserts across Australia. They have a haunting ventriloqual call and the one calling bird can appear to be to your left, your right, behind you etc

I really like the overall presentation Rob. The perch branch is great going from corner to corner and has nice character. I like the bird's placement in the frame and the yellow eye really grabs my attention. Nice overall IQ as usual. Very well done. You really are a master at finding and photographing many different species of very attractive and interesting birds. Well done.

Great image as usual. The eye and its sharpness make the image. Great detail.

Excellent, Rob. The slightly cocked head emphasizes the dramatic eye. Your usual impeccable techs. Fine work.
