One more image from the morning with the great cloud formations. This is a single image looking out across the prairie from Buffalo Creek Wildlife Conservation Area. This is just south and a little east of Scottsbluff, NE in the Wildcat Hills. Thank you for all of your comments, they are very helpful.

These are wonderful clouds.
The large version shows good focus, extreme DOF.
I like the presentation of the dark cloud bottoms.
I wonder what a more slightly more yellow tint to the foreground grass might lend?
Great photo, nice processing.

I really like your presentation here Richard and feel this is one of your better images. I think it gives a great sense of place and tells a story too. The depth is outstanding too. I like this one a lot.

Spectacular clouds!
I also wonder what a little more sat to the fields might do - I bet it would make this image just POP!

Talk about an image suited for a wideangle. This is one impressive cloud filled sky, Richard. :toast:

I think I like this one even better, Richard. The light and textures are very appealing.
