Our front bushes are really starting to bloom. I hope this doesn't get old.
D80, 50mm 1.8, ISO 100, F22 @ 4 sec, tripod, circ. pol, shutter release.
Always looking for suggestions so I can improve. Thanks

Very nice red rose image. I wish a bit wider frame without cutting the buds on both sides. Otherwise nicely done Bob. :toast:

Bob, I like the subject, comp, and frame filling, beautiful colors. Really beautiful. I personally find the bottom bud at the edge of the frame to be distracting. I'd suggest cropping the bottom to the top of the bud in the LRC just above your name.

Hi Robert :wavey: Love the vibrant color!!!!
This beautiful rose has a marvelous background with those buds around it.. there are many ways on how to compose this scene  agree about the bottom crop, and perhaps a bit more space on each side  Can't wait for another shot of these Roses

Very nice. I really like all of the sharp buds as a supporting cast for the lovely bloom. (Like a dance troop around the star.) Lovely as is, but I would like to see a bit more contrast in the upper left quarter of the flower if it's possible to pull that out in post processing.

This is a cool rose shot. Great red against the green foliage. :toast:
