Blue Bird Sings

Hello -

Nikon d300s 500mm F8 - 1/320s 200iso

I put a texture over it and then took the texture off the blue bird. I love the effect of it. What is your opinion?

Happy Sunday!

Cindy, I think you may have meant to post this in Photo Art, texturizing is beyond normal post processing per the guidelines.

I think the proper gallery for this is Photo Art because of the added texture. Perhaps a moderator will move it there for you.

Ikgnoring he texture for the moment I find the composition unbalanced. Although you've placed the bluebird in a classical "one third" position, having the subject close to the side it is looking out of tends to pull the viewer to the bottom left of the image and out of the frame while mostly ignoring the right half of the image.

Cindy I really like the result. The texturing really makes this. Nice work.
