CORFE CASTLE

Corfe Castle in Dorset UK.A well photographed castle and often early morning mist hangs around the base. Unfortunately I didn't make it to the top of this viewpoint ( most people do ) but there are still good views like this around half way up.
Canon 5D, Canon 24-105mm, 1/10th sec at f22 and iso100.

Very cool image, love the feel of it, but yeah, I'd get rid of that little tower by the sun.

Nice, comp and colors, I too was distracted by the little spire by the sun. Looking at the large version it seems that the bottom half was heavily processed or shadows boosted up a little too much. Maybe some noise reduction?

Don't know how far you were from the top but you made it far enough. Lovely shot. A lot of nice detail shows in the larger version. Nicely done.
