The large version really does this handsome drake justice. I love seeing all that wonderful detail in that colorful face.
A beautiful portrait Sandy!!!

One of the best exposures of this difficult bird I've seen, Sandy. Detail in the whites and blacks, and without oversaturating the reds. Very nice.

As Jim said, İt is realy very hard to shot sharp and technically correct capture this Carolin drake.
Nice shot with sharp detail.
All the colors very naturel, TFS.

Excellent exposure; nice natural color; good detail. My personal tastes would place this a bit higher in the frame but I'd love to have this one.

Stunning colors Sandy. Great catch, nice low angle with just the right amount of head turn.
