Middleton Place Gardens in SC has the most wonderful hillside full of Azaleas. It's peaking this week.

The colors are beautiful and I like the comp., but the flowers seem a bit soft.

Wonderful contrast and textures. That must be quite a sight. Isn't it neat how humans love colorful displays of flowers.

Thanks guys...I may put the "whole thing" on the Landscape forum sometime this week...it's a Pano of the entire hillside. Amazing color in Charleston SC right now.

Very nice Kate! The Spanish Moss (lichen) looks really good too. Would like to see the full pano.

Incredible colors and I like the composition with the tree. Well done. It looks as though it could be a little sharper; don't know if that can be improved in the post processing or field technique.
