A larger peak in Coyote Buttes looms behind a smaller oft-photographed rock. Colorful curved layers that make this sandstone area a pleasure to visit.

an oft photographed place but it fits the theme well, particularly with the repeating shapes. good idea.

Great fit for the theme, Doug. Such wonderful textures and colors in these rocks! I like the way the lines cross the picture and the one line runs right over the little rock.

Hi Doug :wavey: Looks like a winner against my front lawn rock[ soon coming] Fabulous color and detail :jump: To me the top of the rock has a face, and he is looking at me :biggrin:

Mark, I have been there a few times and each evening there have been a photographer by that rock.
