First Daffodil

This is the first daffodil to bloom in my garden this spring. Because of the unusually warm weather here in northern Illinois the flowers are blooming almost a month earlier than usual!

Great separation of subject to BG Barb. I might be tempted to crop up and from the left side to bring more attention to this wonderful bloom, but that is just me. Good work.

The bloom really shines against that bg. Beautiful. the leaf entering from the left is a little distracting but that's my only nit and its not a big one. The image is so cheerful, I can't help but smile. Thanks.
