I wanted to see how close I could get. I used my Panasonic G1 4/3rds camera with the 45-200mm lens set to 170mm and the Raynox 250 macro clip-on lens attached. Took three shots and focused staked them in Helicon. The width of the stamens you see was 7mm. That's pretty close, I think!

Rob, excellent follow up to your earlier post. This is a great close-in view and the details in the whites are much improved.

Ireally like the close detail that you acheived with the Raynox and your processing. I am intrigued with the Raynox based on results. I may have to pick up one of these.

I must confess, until last week I had never even heard of Raynox. But it really is very good for the low cost. As you can see from the reviews on Amazon, people seem to rate it well. Beautiful. It's hard to accurately capture those reds and purples too, and your Panasonic did a great job with them. I gotta try Helicon. I'm still using Combine ZM.
