They're here! :jump:

For this one I used the LensBaby® with the +4 diopter, bean bag support. Nose in dirt and focusing with elbows.

More coming…

Catherine: I always enjoy your crocus shots so I'm eagerly anticipating a bunch of them in the coming weeks. (No pressure though  ) I'm looking a bit for a sharp point of focus but then I get over it and just enjoy. BTW, I think you're the only person I know who uses odd parts of anatomy for focusing. Done any toes focusing lately ? Beautiful work. >=))>

You make us feel the spring too early, Catherine. I love the mood of the image and the only apparent disorder of the composition.
Take care.

 Higher magnification puts the toes into gear.
"... only apparent disorganization..." Thanks, Gigi, I'm glad it comes across that way.

Softness works here. I also love the combination of Yellow & Green color. Very nice.

Nice, Catherine ! Love the colouring and the softness throughout the image - it seems absolutely right for conveying a feeling of growth.

Very nice Catherine. Our crocuses are not too far behind. We have not had a winter, but then it still seems that Spring is having a hard time deciding on arriving. Very interesting image - I like the feeling of motion.

These yellow crocuses are lovely. I like the warmth of the yellow ones, but I only had one in my yard and the deer at it.

Catherine:
Like Bill, I went looking for something sharp but in the end just give up and enjoy of the overall softness of the image. Like the composition and the dark lines in the lead bloom.
