Well done, with a nice hint of motion in the wingtips. Since the direction of the approach is down and to the left, I wonder if placing the subject further up would be of benefit?

We don't see many posts of this species. Good action pose. I'm with Phil on the placement in the frame.

Sandy,
Terrific capture. I agree with Phil in regard to the placement of the bird higher up in the frame. The rest of this is just beautiful. You had terrific light for this one. Great coming at you pose with feet down, head down and wings extended. Love the slight wing blur.

The white-fronted is probably my favorite goose of the geese family. And I am so envious of this photo, because I don't have anything close to as good as this one. I really like the wing motion and sharp body. Sweet One Sandy :toast:

Nice capture, like the two-toned BG. I agree with comments about composition. Nevertheless a fine shot. :toast:

Wonderful flight pose and interesting color pattern to this goose, some good points on position in frame and maybe a slight levels adjustment to darker the image since it looks like you were dealing with some bright light, nice job in getting this difficult flight shot.

Super wing position here Sandy, I'd take a bit from the top and add some on the bottom if you have it. :toast:
