One of the most colorful sunsets I've ever seen in Seattle as the Ferry leaves on its crossing of Puget Sound. Taken a couple of weeks ago just before the snow storm in January.

That is some intense color!!! Beautiful place and a nice, peaceful scene. Makes me wish I was there!.

The boat and the great color make this shot. That and your placing of the boat at a power point in your comp, too. Beautiful image.

Joe, yes, from Queen Anne, and I have a couple more spots picked out for "next time." Watching the weather over a couple days led me to plan to be there. The luck was in the intensity and duration of the color-- truly spectacular.
By your comments, I'm pretty tickled that I managed to capture the look of the evening, but the true glory belongs to our Creator!

That's pretty. The thumbnail does not do it justice at all. This could be an ad for the ferry system. Sweet.
