Icy Vertigo

Hey Everyone,

This winter has been something and the lack of snow and cold temps is bizarre. I have been out a total of two days in fresh snowfall. It is just a mild winter and probably time to travel
I did venture out to a favorite spot when cold and snow do arrive. This was shot from a bridge high above a waterfall. It is a perspective I tried in the spring and thought It would be better suited for winter. Snow was also blowing off the bridge into the scene.

The perspective is totally awesome. With the help of the snow and ice on the sides it really pulls you in. Maybe a small crop from the top to eliminate that white patch in the upper right corner would make to composition stronger. Another unique image, Anthony!

Really cool perspective, Anthony. I also like the effect caused from the blowing snow. Before reading Dorin's comment I also was thinking of a small crop from the top mainly because of that slightly distracting white patch in the URHC.

Thanks Guys, I was thinking the same about the white patch but choose to ignore it. Good eye and here is the repost.
Much thanks

Wicked--i love it! Id crop the very extreme top so theres no top 'shelf'. Im hoping to head out into the blizzard friday, since the way this 'Winter' is going it might be one of the few good ops this year...
Ooops, missed the repost--well now its perfect!

Incredible, Anthony. Love the vertigo-inducing perspective, and how the ice forms to either side of the falls mimic the flow of the water, seeming to pull the eye down into the abyss. Cropped version nails it. Exquisite work.

Nice intimate shot with an interesting perspective. Th mix of triangular wedges creates a nice point of focus. Wel done and found.
