Gallery: POP PhotosPosted February 1, 201253 views2 comments
Was out in the frozen Prairie country side on the weekend and came across a treasury of bank notes in an abandoned farm house from the mid fifties !This houses are everywhere here form old homesteads form the early nineteen hundreds, to homes from the 80's. Farming is a hard way of life for sure !My first post to the pop forum as I did not know it was here before !!

O.k. I'll move this over as it is my only pop photo image so far but I look forward to seeing what everyone uses this gallery for and the images they will post. Thanks Jim FOR THE NEW GALLERY. :wavey:

I like the blue tint. You might consider cropping from the top to bring the main subject higher into the frame. Nice find!

This makes me think of a wad of mining claims I found in a cabin in Utah's uranium mining area. They were of that same vintage: mid-fifties. It is an interesting look into the past. I think Preston is right, we don't need all that space at the top. My monitor might be off, but I see this as a little too dark.
