This gal seemed to be having a great time diving near the breakers on a cold and very windy New England afternoon.

I really like the way this bird is spotlighted and the wind has blown the head feathers. Very effective for me to have the bird coming straight at us with this kind of light. Well done.

looks great, Chuck--I agree with all of Ron's comments. I like the comp and the swell of water in front of the bird.

Nice light and hair-do! I like the way the depth of the wake shows on this. Sharon

Really nice with the light on the front of the bird, making this a very effective image for me.

Nice early or late light Chuck. The head turn and wind blown feathers really make this work for me.

I like the low perspective and the bird comic straight at you. How nice of her to give a great head turn in that soft warm light - beautiful. I might play with a small crop from the top to see if that strengthens the composition of this already excellent image.

I really like that you can see the "bow wave" the bird creates here... makes it unique and with very nice light.

Nice light and nice profile of the head. The cowlick hairdo reminds me of Alfalfa of the little rascals.
