Not quite ready to post the full frontal of my orchid stem so you'll just have to suffer with another intimate. All comments welcome. >=))>

Beautiful glowing light and color. these images have been a treat but I don't find this one as compelling. Perhaps due to the cooler tint (at least on my monitor) of the whites, I'm missing the warm intimacy of your previous peeks. Still a lovely image, though.

Simply beautiful, Bill. I think this is actually my favorite of this series. Given Nancy's comment, this just shows you how subjective this art is. Anyway, I really like the chosen perspective and the high key BG.

I love the high key treatment here. It seems perfect for the gentle colors of this orchid. I think this image could stand a modest crop from the top, but I sure like the rest of the comp.

Simply spectacular! This point of view shows just enough of the throat to hold the bottom of the frame, and you've got some nice soft detail up top. I've always had a hard time getting something like this with an orchid because of the stems, so I appreciate the patience is must have taken to fine tune this composition.

Very interesting Bill. I like how there are seemingly parts of the bloom that blend with the BG, but others that clearly do not due to their color. I like the tight comp a lot too. The subtle coloring in the BG from another bloom is nice too.

love the softness in the upper part of the image, and the detail within. soft tones top it off. love this.

One of the better shots I've seen of this flower.

Another spectacular take on this Orchid, Bill - might be 2nd best in the series for me but comparing any shot in the series with another is a tough task

I love the comp and how well the blending of whites was handled. The larger photo is a must see. Well done Bill!
