I took off early from work on Friday as I saw some clouds over Lake Superior and it had been a long while since I shot anything. I drove an hour North to a location I had scouted out several months ago but never shot. I made some 10 stop, long exposures with my 70-200 F/4.

16 commentsFabulous title! Man, I really love the color palette here and the softness created from the long exposure. Of course the rock didn't move, so I also like that there is some detail and sharpness to anchor the scene.) A simply and very lovely image.
