My first presentation for 2012 is a high key version of milkweed pods. I hope you enjoy it. Comments appreciated.

Terrific details in the bigger version, Albert. High key background really works well to highlight the middle to slightly deeper tones so well here. Angled composition makes the whole frame very pleasing

These colors are so perfect with a high key presentation, and the clarity is wonderful.

Outstanding Albert. The large version is terrific. The subtle tones and details are great and the DOF you achieved at f/10 is very impressive. An excellent post for the New Year.

This is simply lovely, Albert. The high key presentation works beautifully here as does the diagonal placement of the milkweed.

I like this a lot Albert, unfortunately the smaller image doesn't do it justice IMO. The larger view however does a really nice job of giving the viewer a fine sense of the milkweeds textures and colors. Very earthy and pleasant viewing.
