I've been scanning some of my slides and thought I'd share an older favorite since I haven't been out shooting lately. These newt efts could be found by the dozens after a late summer rain in the woods of New Hampshire. I really miss the amount of amphibian life there was there. Comments & critiques welcome.

Very challenging subject, you've a nice job of it Tonia.
Exposure, color, and details look good.
Only suggestion for improvement would be to get closer to eye level next time?
Just a thought. Good placement in the frame. I also like the green ULC and rough root texture/lines I see..
Well done & Merry Christmas! :wavey:
