Birch

Here is the next photo in my Neighborhood Leaf Series. This is from a White Birch tree that I have in my own backyard, literally. The White Birch is one of the most delicate trees. Not only in its leaves but the tree itself. I have seen too many of them die for seemingly no reason at all.

In this photo I tried to show a progression of color change during autumn. All these colors were present on the tree when these leaves were photographed.

Thanks for the feedback, looking forward to continued input.

Very much like the idea of the shift in the colours, Youssef, though I do find the yellow leaf a touch bright on my monitor. Nice image.

Beautifully arranged and expertly captured. One very nit picky thing about the choice of leaves is that I wish they were closer to the same size. If that isn't possible, I may consider a vertical arrangement with the smaller green leaf at the top. So many options with this great group. I really like the idea and the presentation!
