This was taken on the outskirts of Zion National Park in Springfield, Utah.

f/7.1, 1/160s, matrix metering, -.33 EV, ISO 100.

On that particular trip I can remember being as impressed with sky as I was with the rock and mountain formations.

This photograph was an experiment using INVERT, followed by SEP2 to darkened the effect of the inversion.

Thanks for looking.

Carol

Very creative. I like the cold and the warm tones.

Very interesting. Without your description I'd have guessed that this was a glacier or iceberg shot. Inverted images do offer some attractive possibilities.

Fascinating image that appears to be from Antarctica at first glance. Your interpretation seems to really emphasize your impression of the ominous clouds and the stark beauty of the rock faces. Nicely done.

Carol, this is fantastic! I love the contrasts and everything about it.
