Okay so admittedly this one goes back a few years, but hopefully you all wont hold that against me! This is a Wood Frog I found while hiking in Meredith, NH. This particular frog was not posed in any way. What do you think?

Really like the harmonious colours throughout the image Tonia, the subject is interesting too. I can't help thinking though that had you been able to position yourself a little lower and a little more to the left this might have worked better. If this image was mine I'd probably try to sharpen the subject up some more.

Here's a slightly sharper version. I'm still learning how to digitaly process images so please let me know if it looks over-sharpened!

Tonia, I think both images are good and the frog looks great. The second one is sharper what makes this shot even more interesting (personal opinion). :wavey:

Great frog image, Tonia. I like the second sharpened one better. Nice comp on this with him sitting on some fungi. The overall photo seems to have a fair amount of red in it. I think pulling back on this a little would help IMHO. .unless these were the true colors.

Thank you everyone! Carolyn this is scanned Fuji Velvia film without any change to the colors, but Velvia does tend to exagerate!

Great find/capture. I tend to agree that the overall color looks a little too magenta, but I'm not very familiar with Wood Frogs. The repost is very sharp and nicely rendered.

So here is a version w/ less magenta in it. I think this may be what you all were suggesting?
