Loch Torridon

After a few hours walk in the rain, the starting sunset we met at thsi view point over Loch Torridon in Torridon mountains in the north of Scotland. i loved the place and decided that I want to be back next year to try to go to the places I discovered as great photo opportunities ...

During the post processing I was using Tony Kuyper's triple play actions (still learnign)

Very good composition Maciej! This works really well for me, and even the light fits, although its harsh.

The sky is what adds interest to this image for me. The foreground isn't so interesting.

The clarity of this is outstanding, Maciej. I like the comp quite well with the foreground rocks pulling me into the scene. Could see maybe bumping up the saturation a wee bit in the grasses to better match that of the sky.

Such clouds always are a pleasure to shoot - I love them, they suggest happiness to me. So this is a very interesting shot. You might take down web-sharpening a bit and if "I" say that it means something as I myself are often criticized for sharpening too much ;)
