Multicolor Forest

There are three layers of the forest with a different color temperature. First, the foreground reflects from the back of yellow autumn forest (so the trees are warm and the leaves are yellow-green), the second layer in deep forest with the blue glow of the sky (trees and leaves have a blue hue) and the third layer - the long-range plan with the warmest yellow leaves with a bright glow of the sun.

Place: Ukraine. Crimea. Forest of Angarsk pass.
Date: October 2011
Large Format 4x5 (Chamonix 45N-1 Mod), Velvia, Fujinon A 240.

Nice! I like the sense of structure you have brought to the chaos of branches.

Very well composed. A nice study of light (I like the cooler leaves best)

Definitely well composed. With all the sharpness and details, the blurry leaves don't fit the scene too well for me, but I'm always extra critical when it's about moving stuff in peaceful shot and I'm only happy about them if they really contribute to the scene. I'm sure this is one of the shots that Didl Gloger will appreciate ;)
