Wow, a really different take on autumn color, which is great! I love the contrast between the vivid color and the gray rocks, and also like your diagonal presentation. Well done.

Beautiful large scale abstract John. From the thumbnail, it did look like lava.

Sweet! It did look like lava in the thumb--the evergreens kind of diminish the impact somewhat, but its a cool shot nevertheless!

Awesome, John. I was thinking some sort of flaming debris rolling down a hillside from the thumbnail.

Wonderful, John! It's a lovely fall color abstract. Well composed with the
vine areas lined up a bit diagonally, helping to create the feeling of movement.
The title is certainly appropriate.

It does kind of look like lava John. Or fire burning those evergreens! Very nice!
I saw similar scenes of vine maple growing on slides like this from a distance on the Mt. Hood Hwy on Monday. Wish I had a telephoto lens!

Sweet! I'm curious how burning the rock down might look. Maybe a more ominous image. Still darn cool.

Incredible, John. I at first thought these trees were really on fire. The strong diagonals work perfectly and the color is stunning.

Nice shot John! I like its up to the left climb. In graphic design they teach that it keeps the eye in the frame longer and is desired!
