Gomphrena Twins

Not a flower that gets posted on NPN normally. Nothing special, just a simple shot of the Twins against a green lawn.

ND300s, AFD200mm F/4 Micronikkor, F/13, 1/15 Sec, ISO200, Early morning light and Tripod.

Thanks a lot for your comments on Dewy Coneflower and let me know what you think of this one.

Having been away last few days, will be back into regular rhythm shortly.

Ram:
Simple composition it may be but full of interest. Like the color and bg separation.

This is not a flower I recognize. Very cool. The purple flower heads stand out beautifully against the contrasting green BG. In this case, two is better than one.

I disagree -- This IS something special. A simple and lovely natural shot. Soft even light is perfect for these, and I appreciate the varying shades in the background.

Ram: An uncommon subject for sure and an uncommonly good capture of it. Excellent DOF control. >=))>

Abolutely love the color combo! And the sharpness is superb. The dof is perfect as well.
