Mum was clearly nervous and I needed to be quick to get this, not something I am usually good at.

Taken in Mana Pools, Zimbabwe, 12th September 2011

EOS 1D MkIV

500mm F4 IS hand-held from open game viewing vehicle

F7.1, ISO 800, 1/3200

I love this a lot especially how you caught all their tails up. Great action and interaction. I think the slight panarama crop works well too.

Neat action there ken ! Got to love those raised tails. Like how she has an eye on you as she runs.

Well done capturing these warthogs in action Ken. I like the raised tails and the fact that they are slightly angled towards you instead of away (what is usually the case with animals fleeing). The stretched out pose of mom with the kicked up dust at her feet is particularly eye catching.

Those are some teeth (or tusk's) on Mom, I also like the tails sticking up and it looks like one of the young has their feet completely in the air, nice job reacting to get this shot, well done.

Ken, this is real cool! I like the outstretched pose of mom and how the little ones tail is up just like moms and mirroring her posture.

Very sharp and nice action. Could use just a little rotation.
