Beautiful shot Bill. I've always loved the blues mixed in with the warm colors of a setting sunrise or sunset. My wife's parents live in Fort Walton Beach. I guess I'll have to plan a trip there sometime. She is always bragging about the white beaches. Awesome image, especially the large one.

This is splendid, Bill. It's interesting to take in this scene while the wind outside my house, blowing a heavy rain against my windows, sounds like crashing waves.

What a peaceful and relaxing photo.

I agree, the blue and gold is nice and the clumps of dry grass are positioned just right.

I can’t tell for sure on this random laptop, but the left portion of the sky seems slightly over saturated. Nothing wrong with that and I like this pretty photo just the way it is.
Sweet. I wish my toes were in that sand.

Peacefully beautiful! If this were close to home for me, I'd spend a lot of time here, I think.

Downright gorgeous Bill! No one does these scenes better.

Now if I didn't know better, I would say this smaller version was over sharpened. But then looking at the fine detail of the larger version, it looks to me like the sand had experienced some rain recently and no wind or humanoids has messed it up yet.

I just love the texture and detail in the sand - especially where the sand has little curved indentations as the wind blows the grasses around. Just wonderful. sky ain't too bad either.

Bill, I agree with Lon, no one does these scenes better than you do. This is absolutly beautiful and the best thing is that it is full of feeling for me. Wonderful light, beautiful color and so real looking. I love the sky too. Fantastic work Bill. I so much enjoy looking at this.

A really peaceful scene, love the soft glow! My only nit is the uneven blues across the sky.

An intriguing view for me, Bill. I especially appreciate the tangible textures in the foreground and the fine balanced composition. Lighting and exposure is perfect to my eye.

I don't think I could ever see an image like this on my own, and love how your images constantly remind me that there are pictures everywhere.

Normally I don't like "blue" snow but this photo is an exception.
The snow is the feature in this presentation. The protruding grass give depth and texture.
The skyline at about 1/3 leads to color elements.
Very pleasing.

Very nice scene Bill. I really like how the sand picks up the colors in the light. Nice sky, too.

Simply gorgeous, Bill. Apart from the composition, which btw is striking, I am drawn to the soft colors. The highlights on the sand are another great aspect of this photograph.

A beautiful image, Bill. Love the way the light is glancing across the sand. The warm light against the cool blue is beautiful.

This is delightful, Bill. the bit of light on the dunes, the foreboding dark sky area, are things that let the viewer know that darkness is coming. Very relaxing.
