A Happy Happy Place!
by Chris Chamberlain
Another from last fall that I never got around to posting. Bishop Creek near where it comes out of South Lake. Larger version included, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

One thing that most struggle with is a consistent style. Across all of your scenes there's always a Chamberlain signature, the word I'm thinking is lyrical. A flow, a movement compositionally through the frame that reminds me of a musical score.
Congrats,

Paul,
Thanks alot. I've been wanting to know if I have a recognizeable style to my images/comps. I think more of what it is, is that I'm at least somewhat more selective about what I shoot. I used to just run a muck shooting everything around me. To be honest, that produced a high percentage of crumby shots. So now I still just shoot what catches my eye, but it has to be in a more profound, and emotional way. But, I don't think it's premeditated. I just react to what pleases me, and I think that's where the consistancy you mention comes through.
Now, I've been described as a lot of things. Intense, quick tempered, even unapproachable By some that don't really know me! But lyrical is a first!!!! I'm really just a big softy way deep down in my knower(heart).

A classic fall scene with an awesome creek!
No changes from me, print it proud!
Well done
I just got back from the Lake Superior area last night and the north woods are really starting to look like fall. This shot really makes me look forward to it.
