Hey, guys!
Thank you so much for the valuable suggestions on my last image. I have
an updated version on the website that was done partly based on your feedback, partly on my creative madness.
Ok, now on to this one. It's from my trip to Norway, back in May. What you see here is the Geiranger fjord at sunset and the Seven Sisters falls. We constantly fought rain on this trip, but this was one of the better moments. It lasted only for a few seconds, but we were there to capture it, actually on an overhang covered in slippery vegetation. Needless to say, I could easily have said a little prayer before hitting the bottom of the fjord.
On the right of the falls, half way, there is a clearing with three cottages probably used by shepherds (quite a feat to build something up there), barely noticeable in this image. I hope it's ok if it stays here. I posted
a cool close-up in the Man & Nature gallery if you're interested. Thanks.

Looks like a magical place. And I think you've captured it's mood.

A grand view of this beautiful land. I really like the added dusting of snow that separates the lush greenery with the dramatic.
Certainly not as engaging as your previous image, but then quite a bit different landscapes. For me, even though it's quite a grand view and beautiful, it'ss a bit static for me and not much to keep me wanting to come back to keep looking.
Thanks for the disclosure about the cottages. Honestly though, even with a loupe on the monitor I would never have spotted them!
