Dew Drop Dreaming
by Craig Strand
Since the local Dahlias started blooming the variety and colors just seem to get better and better. Ned Fenimore, whose florals I really admire, and I met at 6:30am to capture dew covered dahlias as the sun made it's morning stretch over the hills.
This has got be one of my favorites, a 13 image manual stack with gorgeous colors sprinkled with dew.

10 commentsGorgeous color and perfect subject separation for my tastes. On a purely subjective note I'd rotate this 90 degrees CCW.
Beautiful image exactly as posted.

So beautiful.. colors, texture and pattern all turnout really nice. Before reading your commentary, I though this was one of your signature honeycomb flash image but was pleasantly surprised that this is natural light which makes this even more fabulous!! An alternative square crop would also work here (guess you knowI like square format
I like everything here. Excellent work.
