Larry,

If I didn't know better, I would have guessed this small version was a painting and not a photograph. It's especially painterly along the left side of the canyon. the larger version still looks painterly, but more obviously a photograph. The only suggestion I have is to back off on the blue saturation a little; it's pretty bold. Otherwise, I think this is an absolute beauty of a landscape. I love it.

Nice. Greens feel a bit yellow on my screen, but the comp holds my interest quite well.

This has a very painterly feel; almost like a watercolor rendition. I like it.

Beautiful colors here. At first, I thought the shadows felt too bright, but looking some more, I like it! Nice shot!

A more vertical crop without the right side also works well, as it allows the river to be a more prominent lead-in. Processing looks great except maybe just a tad strong with the blues. Nice work controlling the light.

Thank you for the remarks and suggestions.

Marc Adamus indicated the blues were strong. Seems the clear air in the north makes for really dark blues, sometimes approaching black-blue. Should one tone that down for effect or leave it as it really is???
