Great capture of bees on a flower. I like the soft focus feel of this picture but with clear focus on the eyes, Nice BG and the curly stamens of the flower add additional interest. However, it does feel quite tight at the top; more room there would definitely improve this picture IMO. I see you are a fairly new member; welcome to NPN! It's a great learning place!

The sharp focus on the eyes of the bee make the image. I also like the soft colors in the image.

Ester:
Like to softness in this image with the focus on the bee. Very nice composition.

Wish for a little more room along the upper edge so the bee is not touching.

Thank you all, yes it definetely needs more room on the top. I was so busy getting the eyes sharp i forgot about that and ended up with to much empty space on the bottom (i cropped that a bit as it looked odd) but not enough on the top. I just got my macro lens that day and was a bit carried away

This is soft and beautiful. I agree that it needs more room at the top - but other than that, I think it's wonderful. Isn't it fun to get a new lens?
