Dew

Morning dew on this hellebore at around 5300 ft elev near Mt Rainier.

Zeiss 100 mm, tripod, cable, f16 1/10 shutter

(HI Anne, the oddity of the URC started out in the raw as dark with nothing distinct...when brightened this appeared. Knocked down the noise and left it as shown...cause I don't like darkness tones where it doesn't compliment.)

Love the comp and the textures Ken. Killer image for my tastes, especially in the larger version.

Excellent detail and composition. There is some weird stuff happening at the edges of the leaves in the URC and I am assuming it is from compression? Really strong image!

I really like the curving lines and all of the water drops. Hellebore make such interesting subjects.
